The RPTS (RP Theological Seminary in the States) school year ends tomorrow and what an ending it has been!

Campus has been quiet as students and faculty labored from the ‘comforts’ of their own homes. In some ways, students have appreciated this time away but most miss the close camaraderie that a theological classroom provides.

Many people are asking what the plans are for the future. Will there be physical classes this fall? Dr. Barry York (President of the Seminary) answers many of those type of questions in this short video.

Perhaps one of the blessings of the Lord’s providence this year is graduation. Since we are unable to meet physically to celebrate the accomplishments of this year’s graduating class, one of the largest in Seminary history, a special video commencement has been prepared. This means you can be part of this special evening and help us reflect upon what the Lord is doing in the lives of these kingdom servants.

Join us Friday May 22, 2020, at 7 pm (EST) at this link to watch the 2020 Commencement Video

From this same link, you can also watch President York address graduating seniors in a special chapel message.

Don’t worry if you are not available at 7 pm as the whole event is recorded for viewing at your convenience.  You will find the Commencement Program (including words for the psalms, details of who will be speaking and pupil profiles) at this link.

We thank the Lord for your prayers for these twenty eight men and women who head into the Lord’s harvest with the news of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
