Below are the rescheduled dates for the Irish RP camp reunions. Some changes have been made to address obvious COVID concerns but hopefully this will not detract from the fellowship, blessing and enjoyment of meeting together as young people.

We are very excited about getting back to having a reunion this winter. Reunions will be a little different from usual, but we are delighted to be planning to have a one night residential/ sleepover for the junior camps this year (instead of the usual 2 night sleepover). The option is also available to attend the Saturday only, if you would prefer this option for your child.

The cost of junior reunions is £20 per person. Completed Application forms to be forwarded to the relevant camp leader by Sat 5th February. Further details will be given after your application is received.

We appreciate there are a range of opinions concerning COVID-19. As a camp, our primary focus is to teach the campers the Word and live it before them. Secondary to this, we have a duty of care for the wellbeing of your children and the officers and cooks serving. We are conscious that these parties come from and will return to a variety of home settings, where for some, contraction of COVID could be very serious. Therefore, we ask that those attending camp carry out a Lateral Flow Test on the day of arrival and only attend if they receive a negative result.

We will facilitate good hand hygiene throughout the reunion and good ventilation when indoors. We would appreciate face masks being worn when meeting the team at the drop-off point. No proof of a negative lateral flow result will be required on arrival, but we trust you will adhere to the request of the Camps Synodical Committee.
