Girls Adventure Camp (a ministry of the RPCI) were delighted to be able to meet up both physically and in person this summer. 25 girls along with a team of 13 cooks and officers enjoyed 3 zoom meet ups and 2 in person days during the week.

The theme for the talks was the book of Ruth, girls and officers alike greatly enjoyed studying the book together and seeing more of Christ reflected in the brave, courageous and sacrificial lives of Naomi, Ruth and Boaz. The talks sparked great times of discussion on Zoom and in person.

On Monday we enjoyed a fun if cold trip to Let’s Go Hydro before heading to warm up at Knockbracken. Tuesday to Thursday saw our zoom days including a craft evening on Wednesday evening. Friday was our Alice in Wonderland Carnival extravaganza including our very own Mad Hatter!

It was wonderful to be able to gather again together at Girls Adventure Camp, reviving old friendships and sparking new ones. A big thank you to Knockbracken RPC for kindly hosting us.
