The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and managing all environmental services: properties, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, security, and grounds.
You must be able to plan and implement strategies to achieve goals assigned to these areas; maintaining compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside reguatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the departments, communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel and providing periodic reports.
