Earlier today we hosted the annual Reformed pro-life prayer service in Ottawa along with Jubilee Canadian Reformed Church. Rev. Matt Kingswood of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Russell, ON presented a powerful message from Habakkuk 1:2 where it reads, “O Lord, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you “Violence!” and you will not save?”
Rev. Kingswood encouraged us to consider how Habakkuk wrestled, worshiped, and waited for the Lord. And as Habakkuk did this all in prayer, we too need to be in prayer at all times. The service was saturated with Scripture and song and was attended by nearly 300 people, all from various Reformed and Presbyterian denominations.
