The Presbytery of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Australia met on 17 February in McKinnon. David Stewart opened the meeting with a devotions from Psalm 90, focussing on the brevity of time – even times that seem long to us, like our own lives, pass quickly. And so we need God to teach us to number our days – and to find wisdom from him in these days.

An update was given regarding ministry in the Frankston congregation. Presbytery is currently working to call a man to minister in the congregation in 2019, and plans for 2018 have been established with the goal of refreshment and recharge of Frankston members and strengthening as a body on mission together.

This will mean for 2018, the Frankston congregation will join the McKinnon congregation for worship each Sunday morning and every second Sunday evening will join for worship in the home of an elder.
